As a Sales Specialist at Returnista, you will join our ambitious team (some of us work remote) based in Amsterdam to drive sales. We are based in the Olympic Stadium. Returnista aims to create the best possible returns process for both consumers and webshops. We work for large companies such as Asos and Decathlon, our main focus is on the fashion industry.
We set up some additional information below:
Managing the pipeline of inbound prospects.
Prospecting (Vainu, Linkedin premium) and outbound sales.
Ongoing Competitor analysis and monitoring news flow. Sales forecasting for goal setting.
Managing and monitoring CRM and setting up automated flows.
Handling lead distribution. creating a standardised salesprocess to enhance efficiency, shortened sales cycles, and conversion maximisation.
Cold-calling and email-campagnes.
Great autonomy to try new things and budget to experiment.
Work from home/within (more or less) the same timezone is possible and encouraged.
Weekly sales reporting (Pipedrive, live vs target).
What we think is needed for the job (if you think we’re wrong, tell us why):
You have 6 months-2 years of experience selling technical solutions to business customers. Experience with e-commerce or SaaS solutions is key.
You are a strong relationship builder, you are transparent, honest & understand a consultative sales approach.
You are data driven and have an analytical mindset.
You are fluent in Dutch & English; German is a pro.
Have strong relationship building & communication skills- able to work cross functionally across the team.
