Returnista Runs 6th in Deloitte Fast 50

Returnista is one of the 6 fastest-growing technology companies in the Netherlands. This was announced last night during the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 awards ceremony in Hilversum. Returnista is the only player with an all-in-one returns solution to have made it into the 2022 Fast 50.

3957% revenue growth in 4 years

In the Technology Fast 50, Deloitte ranks the 50 fastest-growing technology companies each year. With this ranking, Deloitte highlights market game-changers at an early stage. The 50 participating companies are nominated based on their revenue growth percentage over the past 4 years. During that period, Returnista achieved a revenue growth of 3957%.

“A spot in the Technology Fast 50 is a wonderful recognition of our hard work and the rapid growth we have achieved in recent years,” says Olivier Muller, co-founder and CEO of Returnista.

Returns: the biggest problem for online stores

E-commerce has experienced unprecedented growth, partly due to the corona crisis. However, for many online stores, this growth came with one major problem: an increase in the number of returns. The fashion industry in the Netherlands, in particular, ranks in the top 3 in Europe for the highest return rates.

The Muller brothers cleverly anticipated this five years ago: “Many online stores focus on a smooth sales process. But the moment an item needs to be returned, the process stalls, becoming a source of frustration for both the online store and the consumer. We have found a solution for that.”
