Today, we released the improved Refunds tab in the Returnista dashboard. Previously, the Refunds tab provided limited information regarding the status of a return. The new user interface resolves these issues. You can now access information on the following data points:
- The original payment method used for the purchase
- The event history from your store platform
- A better overview of the total refund amount
- More flexibility regarding the inclusion or exclusion of shipping costs
- More actions to set a refund to a specific status
- And more
Future iterations will also include the shipping status.
