Today we have released the improved refunds tab in the Returnista dashboard. Up until now the refunds tab gave limited information on the status of a return. In the new UI those issues have been fixed. You can now get information on the following datapoints:
- The initial payment method used to make the purchase
- The events history from your shopping platform
- A better overview of the total amount to be refunded
- More flexibility around including or excluding shipping costs
- More actions to set a refund to a particular status
- And more
In future iterations the shipping status will also be included
