RMA portal for webshops

Automate your RMA process with one self-service portal

With the Returnista RMA portal, customers register their returns themselves, in your own branding. You set return rules to determine which requests are automatically approved and which ones need to be reviewed by your team first.

Trusted by 1000+ brands in Europe

Is your RMA process still running via email and Excel?

That works fine with a few returns a week. But as your webshop grows, your team ends up manually approving every request, customers email about status updates, and no one has a clear overview.

Manually reviewing every return request
Customers emailing about the status of their return
No overview of return reasons and problematic products
Warranty claims separate from your return process

What is RMA?

RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization: the approval a webshop provides before a customer is allowed to return a product. The customer registers the return, the webshop approves it, and only then is the return label issued. An RMA portal automates these steps in a single system.

1
Customer registers return
2
Webshop approves (authorization)
3
Customer receives return label
4
Return is processed and handled
