No fault found rate

The no fault found rate indicates the extent to which returned items are received in perfect condition, allowing them to be resold at the original price.
Do you notice the percentage of flawless returns dropping? If so, you could try improving the return packaging or adjusting the return process with specific instructions for the customer.
How do you calculate the no fault found rate?
You can calculate the no fault found rate by dividing the number of returns received in perfect condition over a specific period by the total number of returns received during that same period.
For example, if there were 300 returns over a 30-day period, and only 15 returns were received in perfect condition during that same time, the no fault found rate for that period would be 100% * (15 / 300) = 5%.
